  • Checking in at The Hotel
    Please contact the hotel to book your stay either prior to your scheduled check in date or physically at the reception. The maximum occupancy of a room is 2 Adults. Keep in mind that Check-in and Check-out time are 12pm.
  • Booking Cancellation & Refunds
    We do not allow cancellation or refunds on bookings made online/physically as reserving this room has restricted us from providing that room to other customers.
  • Outside Meals
    Kindly refrain from bringing in food and drinks not gotten from the hotel's restaurant or bar as these items will not be allowed into the hotel's facilities.
  • Valuables
    We provide a secure place for your personal items inside the rooms. We recommend valuable items be stored inside the safe located in your hotel room/suite as we do not accept liability for loss or damage of items not properly stored.
  • Safety
    The hotel is very secure as we have our security team and also have the police patrol the area frequently. Also, children may only use the pool if accompanied by an adult or parent/guardian.
  • Smoking
    Kindly note that you are not allowed to smoke in the no smoking areas of the hotel.
